Marinade time: 30 minutes (overnight for best results)

BBQ Grill Temperature: Medium to Medium High Heat

Ingredients: 

Approximately 3Ibs of Thin Sliced Beef Short Ribs

• 1 16oz jar of Voracious Markets “Sweet & Savory Marinade”

• 1 tbsp sugar

• 1 tbsp minced garlic

Step 1: In a large bowl, combine ribs, garlic , “Sweet & Savory Marinade”. Mix thoroughly, cover bowl, & refrigerate for up to 30 minutes (overnight for best results)
Step 2: Setup BBQ grill to reach a medium to medium high heat temperature
Step 3: Grill until golden brown OR until desired doneness
 

Serve immediately!
