Do you offer local pick-up in the Seattle, WA area?

Answer: Unfortunately no, we may offer local pick-up during special events and holidays. Please make sure to check back periodically on our website or follow us on social media for any special announcements on local pick-up.

When will I receive my items?

Answer: We are a small business that strives diligently to ensure that you receive the freshest products. Shipments may take approximately 7-15 business days in the US and 10-15 business days to Canada (excluding holidays). We advise you to track the arrival of your package once this information has been provided via e-mail. Certain items are highly perishable and may need to be refrigerated upon arrival. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items due to delayed arrivals/pick-ups.

Do you ship internationally?

Answer: International shipping is only available to Canadian residents. We must take extra precaution when shipping internationally due to the production of highly perishable items. Due to the shipping speed and time it takes to arrive, we are not able to accommodate international shipping beyond the US and Canada. What products are not available to ship to Canada?

Answer: Due to the highly perishable ingredients and shipping time it takes to deliver to Canada, we are unable to ship Thuk Prahok or Prahok Paste at this time.
